Perpetuum Software LLC announces that SharePointListSearch – a component for data searching and filtering in SharePoint lists - has moved on CodePlex as an open source project.

The component allows working with any ListViewWebPart located on the page. Due to this product it’s possible to include only those records which answer the needed requirements in data view. SharePointListSearch can work with already filtered lists. User can use DropDown menu including multiple filter; it can help solve all the possible problems with filtering large lists and work with several filters at once. Such instrument prevents difficulties while filtering tables when filter is set for every column. DropDown menu is a necessary element which allows data filtering by choosing the necessary criteria in the DropDown list with fixed values.
