Perpetuum Software Company announces that Report Sharp-Shooter™ 2.0 can be now evaluated in beta for free.

The beta release of Report Sharp-Shooter™ 2.0 is notable for the following characteristic features:

  • Built-in PivotTable component. Being part of Report Sharp- Shooter™ this component allows the user to build pivot tables.


  • The Master Report concept embodied in Report Sharp-Shooter™ 2.0 allows you to assign a report template containing all recurring elements once and then apply it in further reports with a single mouse click, paying attention only to the contents of the reports.


  • The parametrized reports functionality allows you to specify the level of detail needed for any particular purpose because of the wide range of parameters available.


  • The ability to build and nest Parametrized SubReports makes it possible to increase the level of code reuse.


  • An advanced concept of rendering, the SideBySide band allows the placement of separate report parts in parallel with horizontal shift.


  • A completely modified Web Viewer now includes a Toolbar which allows a user to export reports to the most popular formats available, to print full or partial reports, and to navigate a report with few mouse clicks.


  • A refactored system for the serialization of reports.
Moreover, Report Sharp-Shooter™ 2.0 will soon include a built-in Chart Component that is under development at the moment.
