05/10/2012 - Silverlight Viewer for Reporting Services 2.12 is available: Support for SSRS 2012, Toolbar Visibility Management and Tons of Bug fixes.

Perpetuum Software announces the largest “bug fix” release of Silverlight Viewer for Reporting Services that offers solution for 80% of reported issues.

Technical guys made great job reproducing, investigating and finding solution for the reported bugs. Their effort made Reporting Services reports look exactly like in native Microsoft viewer. Now all report elements such as tablixes, page footers, rotated text boxes, nested and dynamic objects are positioned exactly where and how they are expected.

Some new features were added as well. We can proudly announce that Silverlight Viewer for Reporting Services is completely compatible with SQL Server Reporting Services 1012. As promised under the company mission, we do our best to support all the latest and promising technologies

Now it is possible to manage toolbar visibility. Just set the ToolBarVisible property with a single click and it’s done. Developers can refer to parameters by name. It’s very convenient for implementing non-standard or sophisticated behavior, for example, when it is necessary to hide some parameter.
