Great news for Silverlight Viewer for Reporting Services users and those who are watching to purchase a license – two releases are expected in April. One minor release with bug fixes will be available in the middle of the month and one major release is expected at the end of the month.
Minor release will include:
- New: Support for Silverlight 4
- New: Native Silverlight printing
- Fixed: Hyperlinks and sorting in ChildWindow
- Fixed: Output of page header/footer
- Fixed: Manual setup of report parameters
- Improved: Installation procedure
- New: Added hot-keys Ctrl++, Ctrl+-, Ctrl+F.
- Improved: Modified search text box - Enter hot-key added (search next added).
- Improved: Modified Cursor (hidden at start).
- Improved: Browsing history - Save moving between reports.
- New: Custom Cursor option – allows the use of standard cursors instead of Perpetuum’s ones
Major release will include:
- Drilldowns
- Sql Server 2008 R2 support
- Minor UI fixes
