Overview
Our mission is to develop and offer software and services in the field of graphic information systems, data provision (determination of the real state of premises, buildings, technical facilities of buildings, etc.), preparation and processing of data into an electronic form, and their implementation into the Chastia FM information system.
The company Chastia, spol. s r. o. came into existence in January 2004 as a subsidiary company of Termoklima, spol. s r. o. in Poprad. Prior to that – in 2003, the Chastia, spol. s r. o. company had been established in the Czech Republic. The reason for their establishment was to provide more quality services in the field of information technology, especially in the sphere of deliveries of graphic information systems. The graphic information system had been developed since 1997 by Termoklima, spol. s r. o. company under the name Galileo. In 2000, the name of this system changed to Chastia and since 2003 it has been called Chastia FM.

Challenge |
Chastia FM is the first Slovak comprehensive graphical-database software system
for the support of property administration (Facility Management).
Our software solves registration of property, administration of project, operational,
and other documentation, automation of creating new contracts and invoices for administration
activities and renting relations, allocations of expenses for energy and services,
energy management of buildings (ground large territories), maintenance of spaces
and facilities, etc.
Our customers are property administrators in all fields of activity, heat producers,
housing associations and housing companies, administrative buildings, industrial
enterprises.
Is also designed for:
- hotels,
- real estate agencies,
- hospitals,
- banks,
- insurance companies,
- Anyone who needs to administrate any property.

Results |
 Perpetuum Software with SharpShooter Collection helps our software success, mainly with
SharpShooter Reports and SharpShooter Charts. We were looking for good, smart and simple
components for reporting and charting. The most important requirement for us was
that the SharpShooter Collection is pure .NET software with small count of small assemblies;
and during deployment process we can simply copy assemblies to deployment directory.
The most important thing for our customers is high-quality data outputs and visualizations
in reports and chart forms.
Now, we are able to create simple, quick and smart reports and charts for our clients.
We can send these reports and charts by email to our clients to realize client requirements.
Report designer is very simple and is available for end users! This point was dominant
in making decision to buy the SharpShooter Collection from Perpetuum Software.
Why is report creating in Reports Sharp-Shooter smart? Reports are smart, because
we can influence an effect generation of reports by scripting in .NET languages,
e.g. C# or Visual Basic to change reports before they are shown to users. Very strong
feature is exporting reports and charts to many formants like PDF, XLS, XML and
many more, and we can simply send these reports from our software by email.
