Urgent: Licensing issue

Hello,

I just compiled an older project that uses Report SharpShooter Forms (6.3.0.44).
While the license is added to the license manager everything works good, but when installing the application on the customer system they are getting the trial message.
The customer needs the reporting functionality without issues. This is urgent, because important papers can not be printed.

All the links I found on this page/help area for tjhis issue are not working!!!

Btw. the licenses.licx file exists.
Its content is:
PerpetuumSoft.Reporting.Components.ReportManager, PerpetuumSoft.Reporting, Version=6.3.0.44, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=xxxxxx
