Perpetuum Software LLC has made the next step in developing reliable database synchronization tools and announces the release of SQL Schema Sync API product which is integrated directly into the application and intended for SQL Server database schemas synchronization and comparison.

SQL Schema Sync API includes a components library and an easy-to-use utility designed as a Wizard. Being created according to the latest SQL Server release, the product is fully compatible with MS SQL Server 2008. This new version allows the use of full set of MS SQL Server 2008 functionality during sync of database structures. SQL Schema Sync API features:
  • New data types (DateTime2, DateTimeOffset, Date, Geometry, etc.) and indexes (Spatial);
  • Simple comparison logic in a predicate;
  • Use SPARSE columns and column sets;
  • Work with stored procedures and user defined functions.
